What is the process that you go through? 

You are in Therapie with your Psycholgist. You learn about yourself but you don´t know how to bring the changes up to your daily life. So here i jump in and help you changing you life in daily pratic. 

 What should you expect from me? 

We well work together and find out what is your way, personal way, to  change and what are your goals.

You will have Homework to do to keep you in your progress. 

We have a Chat Room (Telegram, WhatsApp), where you can ask me questions, or just tell me about things you wanna talk in the next session.
